Beta Testing Participation Program
Addendum to User Rights Agreement

Thank you for participating in our Beta Version Program.

The terms set forth below constitute an addendum to the User Rights Agreement between you ("User") and Telmap Limited and its affiliates ("Telmap") in connection with the user rights to be granted to you in the software installed in your end use device (the "Device") and the personal navigation services operated through it (the "Application"). The User Rights Agreement can be viewed at www.telmap.com/legal and its terms are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance of the terms of the User Rights Agreement (the "Agreement") and/or your installation and/or use of the Application shall be deemed as your acceptance of all of the terms, representations and undertakings set forth in the User Rights Agreement and this Addendum, without any qualification or exception.

    Participation and Registration
  1. By registering to our Beta Version Program User agrees to install, use and provide feed-back to beta versions of the Application provided by Telmap.
  2. Beta versions are expected to be updated every 2 months.
  3. User will provide full contact details including name, mailing address, e-mail and phone number.

    4. Feed-back / User Information
  4. User agrees to provide Telmap with feed-back regarding each beta version of the Application, as follows:
    1. Completing and sending an on screen pop-up feed-back form;
    2. Answering a web survey at a site directed to by Telmap.
  5. Telmap will provide a contact e-mail for Users who require support in using the Application.
  6. Telmap reserves the right to contact User from time to time and request information and feed-back to the Beta Version Program.
  7. User acknowledges and agrees that Telmap may track, record and use, for its own purposes, information regarding User's location and routes (including GPS logs). While Telmap respects the privacy of User's , it may become bound to provide law-enforcement and other authorities with information it holds regarding User's, including past or present location. User will have no claim against Telmap's compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations in this regard.

    8. Data
  8. User will have to contract for the data package required in order to operate the Application, At User's own expense.

    9. Opting-out and Termination
  9. User is under no obligation to continue participating in the Beta Version Program and may opt-out at any time by notifying Telmap.
  10. Telmap reserves the right to stop the participation of any User in the Beta Version Program without prior notice.
  11. Telmap may continue to use feed-back and any and all other information obtained from User's participation in the Beta Version Program after termination or opting-out, and user agrees to same.

    12. No Compensation
  12. User will not be eligible for any compensation for participating in the Beta Version program, but Telmap may from time to time, without obligation, award prizes to Users who actively participate in the Beta Version Program.

    13. Beta Version Errors or Interruptions
  13. The purpose of user's participation in the beta version program is to allow Telmap to test its development software. Development software inherently contains bugs, errors and interruptions, all of which may make some or all of the functions of the Application unusable, unstable or prone to error, including in displaying locations and routing.

    Additionally, some errors in the Application may cause your system or other applications to crash.

    Telmap strongly recommends that you back-up your system and information so that if you encounter a crash you will not lose much data.

    Telmap will not be held liable for any loss of data or any other damages or expenses caused by your participation in the Beta Version Program, including installing, using or uninstalling the Application.
